Today was Josh B seminar on his director Roy Samuel William's, I really enjoyed the tasks Josh set us to as wanted us to keep everything modern and up to date. He gave us a scene from Romeo and Juliet and another scene from Macbeth, that we had to act out in pairs. Roxy and I were a pair and decided to take our scenes down the comedy route, in the first scene with Romeo and Juliet I was Romeo and Roxy was juliet, I called her one my mobile to come down to my car, and she sed that she'd Blackberry Message me when she was dowstairs at the backdoor. In the second scene with Macbeth where him and Lady Macbeh are planning to kill Duncan I was Lady Macbeth and Roxy was Macbeth, we gave it the "James Bond" type of feel where I would be talking through to Macbeth how he was going to kill Ducan using blue prints and handing him guns, tracking devised, phones, kitted out cars. It was really fun because we just had to do the scenes from the brief scenario of what happens, not following the text we just had to keep it up to date and just give the general idea of what's going on.

I would have liked to know a bit more information about Roy Samuel William's, more of his techniques to get a better understanding of how he likes to direct.
